Ground Shot - Matt's 1,000th / Sarah 600With our double zero jumps quickly approaching, we realized they would happen the weekend of the Orange Boogie - the largest event held at Skydive Orange.

The club owned drop zone spares no expense.  Every year, the event starts on Friday and runs through Sunday.  They bring in a CASA or another unique aircraft, fly in organizers from around the world, and host an epic dinner party. With speedstar competitions, swoop & chug, and a bunch of organized jumps, it's hard to fit everything into the weekend.

After we finished our speed star jump, we took advantage of the Casa and planned to launch an 8 way.  Matt asked Samantha, Elizabeth, Gina, Ahmad, Danny and Chad to go with us. We were absolutely thrilled when Lambert agreed to go with us and shoot video!  We were so excited to have our friends along!  Here's the video!

Our exit looked pretty good!  I had a death grip on Gina!Casa Exit

We did end up losing one person from the base. Below is the first point. Point 1 - Matt's 1,000

By the time we did the second point, our missing person arrived. Matt's 1,000th Second Point

The summer days are long and exhausting!  Matt and I packed up the car and grabbed some dinner.  Since neither one of us really party, we decided to head home to get showers and some rest.  Even though it was my 600th, it didn't seem like a big deal.  I was focused on Matt! 1,000 skydives!  That's an accomplishment!
